• Exchanges are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect.

• Exchanges are not accepted if the damage is caused by improper storage or misuse after delivery.

• Returns are not accepted.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• The product must be in its original condition, with proof of the defect provided.
